Job Purpose
- Support the design and implementation of security frameworks for enterprise clients.
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents across client environments.
- Contribute to vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits on client systems.
- Monitor SIEM dashboards and investigate security alerts.
- Assist in developing and maintaining security policies and procedures.
- Perform threat modeling and risk analysis for new projects.
- Prepare detailed security reports and remediation recommendations.
- Stay current with emerging threats, CVEs, and industry best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a cybersecurity or IT security role.
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, NIST, or ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems.
- Proficiency in security tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, or Wireshark.
Preferred Competencies
- Certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
